Lee represents individuals and businesses before the Oklahoma Tax Commission and the Internal Revenue Service. Lee has been a licensed attorney and Certified Public Accountant for over 25 years. Lee’s involvement with the FBI in investigating and prosecuting federal criminal matters regarding financial crimes and business issues well prepares him for representation before government agencies. Lee served as the General Counsel for the Oklahoma Tax Commission for 2 ½ years. In this role, he represented the state of Oklahoma before the Oklahoma Tax Commission twice weekly. Lee’s team of attorneys handled hundreds of tax cases before the Commission; and represented the state in district court, Court of Appeals, and Oklahoma Supreme Court tax cases. Represents clients before administrative bodies and tax courts.
Requests appropriate tax relief such as interest and penalty waivers, spousal relief, and settlements when clients are unable to pay.
